Among the typical SMS structure of a face mask, the middle lining of meltblown nonwoven fabric plays the most important role, and determines whether a Face Mask can effectively work or not.
Using MBF35 as filter material, the face mask is pretty easy to reach a BFE level of 95% minimum, whilst remaining breathable and user-friendly. Unlike most of the common meltblown fabrics, the BFE of MBF35 can last as long as up to 3 years, this means the Face Mask with MBF35 insidecan be kept for 3 years, with very little or zero loss of efficiency.
